How to access iCal Link in RinkNet Desktop

1. Open your RinkNet program.

2. Select Schedules from the Main Menu.

3. Click on Daily Schedule.

4. Click on the iCal button.

How to Load iCal Calendar to Devices

Apple iOS

1. Tap the Calendar app on your iOS device's Home screen.

2. Select the Calendar icon in the bottom right corner

3. Scroll down and click on "Add Calendar"

4. Click on "Add Subscription Calendar"

5. Enter your Personal .ics Address in "Subscription URL" Box and Click "Find"

6. Use the Add Subscription Calendar screen to Customize Calendar (Name, Colour, Alerts, etc.), Then Click Red Checkmark to Add Calendar

NOTE: IT CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS FOR ADDED CALENDAR AND RINKNET SCHEDULE CHANGES TO APPEAR

Outlook

1. Switch to Calendar Panel
   
2. Click the "Add Calendar" from the Menu Bar and Select From Internet..
   
3. 

3.  Enter URL into the prompt and press OK

4. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click Yes

5. Calendar is now visible in the left hand margin.  Right click to change the name and properties of the Calendar

Google Calendar (edit in computer browser)

1. Click the "+" next to Other calendars.
   
2. Select From URL from the menu.
   
3. Enter the address in the field provided.
   
4. Click Add calendar.
