Tweeting Lines From Press Room App

Individuals now have the ability to tweet out entered lines for a specific game right from Press Room App and can use the article as a guide for how to sign-in to their Twitter account in Press Room App, as well as see a step-by-step walkthrough of how to tweet out entered lines to their Twitter account.

Signing In to Twitter on Press Room App

To sign in to a Twitter account to have the ability to tweet out the entered lines for a game, navigate to the Settings page located along the bottom row of Press Room App.

Here you will see a 'Sign in with Twitter' icon that you can click on (this will direct you to a web browser):



After clicking on the 'Sign in with Twitter' button, your web browser will open to a Twitter log in page.  Here, you can enter the credentials for the Twitter account you would like to tweet the lines out from.  After entering the Twitter account credentials, click on the 'Authorize app' button to permit Press Room App to access this Twitter account:



After logging in to the Twitter account, you can return to Press Room App and you should now see 'Sign out of Twitter' in place of the 'Sign in with Twitter' image that was there previously.  This will be confirmation that Press Room App is now connected to the Twitter account:



Tweeting Lines From Press Room App

After you have signed in to your Twitter account in Press Room App, you will now have the ability to tweet out lines for a game right from Press Room App.

To tweet lines, view the lines you wish to tweet by clicking on the 'Eye' icon:



When in the View Lines screen, scroll to the bottom of page where you will see a 'Publish to Twitter' button that you can click on:



Clicking on 'Publish to Twitter' will open a screen in Press Room App that will allow you to customize your tweet by choosing if you wish to tweet our a specific team's lines or both of them in your tweet.  You can also customize the tweet by adding your text in the textbox that has "Publish to Twitter..." entered in it.  Once you are happy with your tweet, you can click on the 'Tweet' button to publish it to Twitter:



After clicking on the 'Tweet' button, you can head to Twitter to see your tweeted lines:
