Windows Security and Anti-Virus
To Check if Windows Security had deleted your program icon:
- Go to Windows Security > Virus and threat protection > Protection History. If the program is flagged then you can come here to restore it by clicking the "Actions" drop down menu and restoring.
- It is possible you have virus and threat protection settings on. Here you can go Virus and Threat Protection Settings > Manage Settings > Exclusions. and exclude the app or folder.
