PowerPlay AI User Administration / Access
The PowerPlay AI User Administration is a RinkNet Online feature that allows the assigned key admin user for the team or league to manage access to PowerPlay AI features for their team.
1. To access the User Admin, click on the menu on the top left and click User Admin.
2. Select this drop down to select the PowerPlay AI feature that you want to adjust access to:
The available options and features are:
- Users Can View Executive Summaries: Executive Summaries take all game reports for all staff on your team to create a single summary for the organization for a given player. These reports are generated based on reports from all staff members for a given player.
- Users Can View Team Summaries: Team Summaries take all game reports for the staff members that you choose to create a single summary for the organization for a given player. Unlike Executive Summaries, this allows you to pick and choose which staff member reports to use for all your team summaries.
- User in Generating Team Summaries: Allows you to select which staff members you want to use to generate the Team Summaries for the organization for a given player.
- User Can View PowerPlay Game Report Assistant: Allows the user to use have access to the Game Report Assistant feature, which will show a summary of what the user has previously said about the player, to help identify any missing coverage for the current report they are working on.
- User Can View Game Report Summaries: Allows the user to view a summary of their own game reports on a given player.
- User Can Access PowerPlay Dashboard: Allows a the user to access the PowerPlay AI Dashboard to run AI comparisons on players around strength and weaknesses to compare players based on scouting reports on players.
These permissions above also control access to the available options when you export lists from RinkNet. Users now have the ability to export PowerPlay AI summaries are part of their list exports to give a quick overview on each player on the list and the available options will be adjusted based on access rights that are set in the User Administration:
In addition, PowerPlay AI Neutral Summaries for players are available as well, these are controlled via existing access rights on the RinkNet side based on user permissions for 3rd party scouting reports: Viewing Neutral Zone PowerPlay AI Player Summaries
3. Select one the options from the drop down and the assign access as follows, by click off any users without your organization that wish to have access to the given feature.
4. Click on Save to save the changes, which will take effect right away.
5. If you with do perform an audit of permission changes, simply click on the Change Log button.
